Technical University of Denmark was founded in 1829 and is renowned for its business-oriented approach and focus on sustainability. In 2015, US News & World Report ranked DTU #18 in their list of Best Global Universities for Engineering. There are approximately 10,000 students enrolled (including 2,000 international students). The main campus is in Lyngby, Denmark which is 15 km south of Copenhagen.
