Design Thinking at "Continuum Innovation"

Join us for a guest lecture organized by the Design Initiative at Dartmouth (DIAD) and the Italian Studies Dept.

Design thinking has been promoted as the magic ingredient in the innovation process, but it has also been misunderstood or misapplied resulting in disappointing results. This presentation and interaction will review the philosophy developed at Continuum Innovation as well as the organizational inhibitors to be overcome.

Gianfranco co-founded Continuum in 1983. This one-of-a-kind studio championed a holistic, integrated approach to research, design, and development to bring new-to-the-world products and services to life. His vision lives on in EPAM Continuum's cutting-edge work. By importing such concepts as design thinking and resonance testing into EPAM's powerful engineering culture, we created an underlying foundation for a world-class innovation practice.
