ERAD 266 - Anatomy & Physiology

Description

Upon completion of this course, students will be able to: (1) Describe the major components of human anatomy and their associated functions; (2) Understand cellular function in different tissue types important to medical physicists; (3) Describe the radiologic image formation processes of various imaging techniques; (4) Comprehend the results of various therapeutic/imaging techniques and be able to distinguish relevant differences between normal vs. abnormal anatomy and physiology; and (5) Synthesize and present a novel application area for disease therapy/imaging.

Prerequisites

ENGS 167, ENGS 56, or IP

This course was previously offered as RAD 005. Students who received credit for RAD 005 may not register for ERAD 266.
