Description
This course provides an introduction to the concepts and analytic methods that are useful in understanding the management of a firm's operations. We will introduce job shops, assembly lines, and continuous processes. Other topics include operations strategy, aggregate planning, production scheduling, inventory control, and new manufacturing technologies and operating practices.Prerequisites
