Join us during the last week of classes for a guided relaxation practice. In 30 minutes, it will feel like you have slept for several hours!
You will be guided through the ancient practice of Yoga Nidra; a deeply restful and rejuvenating sleep-like meditation. Participants will be invited to lie down*, get comfortable, and simply listen to the words of the meditation while doing absolutely nothing else.
*Bring your own yoga mat or borrow one of ours.
Rain location: Tucker Meditation Room (201 N. Fairbanks)
