As a follow-up to the inaugural Dartmouth-CRREL Polar Forum held in June, members of the Cold Regions Research and Engineering Laboratory (CRREL) will be on campus for conversation and coffee about how the Army Research Lab Broad Agency Announcement (ARL BAA) can be used to set up potential cooperative agreements for joint funding.
