The Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth brings together employers who are seeking students with an engineering or technical background for a variety of roles, and students who are seeking correlated opportunities. All Dartmouth undergraduate, graduate students and alumni are invited!

Thayer Career Services looks forward to hosting you in person at our 28th Annual Dartmouth Engineering Fall Career Fair on October 3, 2024 between 12:00pm–4:00pm (ET) at the Thayer School of Engineering.

Registration Fees

Standard Rate: $500.00

Non-Profit, Small Business, Government Rate: $225.00

Registration Fees Cover

  • Attendance for up to two representatives
  • one 8' table & two chairs
  • Lunch for two representatives
  • Coffee service and light refreshments

Shipping Materials

Thayer Career Services is accepting fair materials as early as September 23, 2024. Mail your materials to the address below. Materials will be delivered to your booth on the day of the fair.

‍Returning Materials

Thayer offers Fed-Ex and UPS pick-up. Please have your shipping labels pre-printed. You may leave your packages on your table at the conclusion of the career fair. You are responsible for your own packing tape, scissors, return packaging, etc. Volunteers will collect packages and deliver to the pick-up point at Thayer. Thayer is not responsible for tracking your package or missing packages.

Getting Here

The event is taking place in the Class of 1982 Engineering & Computer Science Center located at 15 Thayer Drive in Hanover, NH 03755. View directions for driving, flying, or taking the bus or train.

Career fair parking will be available in the Emily & Errik Anderson Parking Garage, which is on the right as you drive up Thayer Drive. A parking code will be shared with you prior to the event.
