Maura Cass

Overview

Professor Cass is primarily interested in how human-centered design, design research, and strategic thinking can help leaders and organizations navigate complex challenges and create meaningful innovation. She advises executives and organizations by uncovering insights from the experiences and needs of consumers, patients, caregivers, and other stakeholders, and translating those insights into new strategies, services, and experiences.
