Career Fairs

Thayer Career Services holds two career fairs each year. The Annual Dartmouth Engineering Career Fair is an in-person fair held in the fall term. Dartmouth Engineering's Virtual Career Fair is an online, remote fair held in the winter term.

Thayer Career Services looks forward to hosting you in person at our 29th Annual Dartmouth Engineering Fall Career Fair on September 23, 2026, 11:00am–3:00pm ET at Thayer School of Engineering.

Thayer brings together employers who are seeking students with an engineering or technical background for a variety of roles, and students who are seeking correlated opportunities. All Dartmouth undergraduate, graduate students, and alumni are invited!

Shipping Materials

Thayer Career Services is accepting fair materials as early as September 16, 2026. Mail your materials to the address below. Materials will be delivered to your booth on the day of the fair.

Returning materials: Thayer offers Fed-Ex and UPS pick-up. Please have your shipping labels pre-printed. You may leave your packages on your table at the conclusion of the career fair. YOU are responsible for your own packing tape, scissors, return packaging, etc. Volunteers will collect packages and deliver to the pick-up point at Thayer. Thayer is not responsible for tracking your package or missing packages.

The fair is taking place in the Class of 1982 Engineering & Computer Science Center located at 15 Thayer Drive in Hanover, NH, 03755.

Career fair parking will be available in the Emily & Errik Anderson Parking Garage, which is on the right as you drive up Thayer Drive.
