Diversity and Inclusion Strategic Plan

Thayer School of Engineering at Dartmouth's multi-year strategic plan is aimed at providing the school with a comprehensive roadmap for building a community that values diversity in all of its forms and strives to be inclusive, welcoming, accessible, and truly human-centered—in every sense of the word.

Launched in September 2023, following a year-long process, Thayer's Strategic Diversity and Inclusion Plan reflects the voices, contributions, and insights of numerous staff, faculty, and students in our community.
