Description
Project management focuses on planning and organizing as well as directing and controlling resources for a relatively short-term project effort which is established to meet specific goals and objectives. Project management is simultaneously behavioral, and quantitative, and systematic. The course covers topics in planning, scheduling and controlling projects such as in new product development, technology installation, and construction. This course is aimed at both business and engineering students and combines reading and case-oriented activities.Prerequisites
