These scholarship, fellowship and grant programs, established through the generosity of alumni, friends, foundations, and corporations, are awarded to engineering students with financial need who have demonstrated academic ability and show promise of contributing to the engineering profession.

The Mazilu fellowship is a competitive program in support of a research experience for engineering sciences students under the direction of a faculty mentor.

The EE Just undergraduate fellowship is a two-year fellowship — held during the junior and senior years — designed to increase the number of underrepresented minorities at Dartmouth who choose to enter a doctoral program in a STEM field after graduation.

GAANN Fellowship in Energy

Graduate Assistance in Areas of National Need (GAANN) is a US Department of Education program to support doctoral-level training in fields designated as areas of national need such as "Engineers in the Energy Field."

The EE Just program helps graduate students from systemically underrepresented minority (URM) groups succeed in STEM by offering a suite of interconnected initiatives designed to meet them where they are along their career arc. The program also helps URM graduate students find community and peer-to-peer support networks.

GEM offers MS and PhD level students an outstanding opportunity and access to dozens of the top engineering and science firms and universities in the nation. GEM's recruitment and outreach efforts includes a focus on expanding opportunity for historically underserved students, and the program overall offers exposure to a number of opportunities in academia through the GEM Fellowship program.
