2018 Investiture

Thayer School of Engineering's 2018 Investiture ceremony took place Saturday, June 9th. The speaker was Joe Palca, Science Correspondent for National Public Radio (NPR). Thayer School Investiture is part of Dartmouth's Commencement Program. Dartmouth's ceremony took place Sunday, June 10th. The speaker was actor and author Mindy Kaling ’01.

Thayer School awarded 164 degrees including 89 Bachelor of Engineering (28 of them AB/BEs), 53 Master of Engineering Management, 2 Master of Engineering, 3 Master of Science (Engineering Sciences), and 17 Doctor of Philosophy (Engineering Sciences).

In addition, on Sunday, Dartmouth awarded AB degrees to 110 Engineering Sciences majors. (The most popular majors for the Class of 2018 were economics, government, computer science, engineering sciences, and biological sciences.)
