Primary interests:

My wife, son, and I enjoy hiking (the AT runs nearby), biking, backpacking, skiing, sea kayaking , dance, and folk music. I teach social and ritual English Dance traditions: my English Country Dance series runs in the winter and spring, and I am the dance coach for a teenage young men's morris team (and a new mixed kids team), the Green Mountain Morris. I have performed as a member of Oak Apple Morris (Madison WI), Millstone River Morris (Princeton NJ), and Four Corners Morris (Thetford/Strafford, VT). I was dance choreographer for the recent Revels North production of a Celtic Christmas Revels. We also love Norwegian music and dance, particularly Telespringar and Telegangar, as well as skiing in Norway. Our pets have included a Border Collie and two cats; our lawnmowers are two Navaho Churro sheep and two Angora goats.
