* Apley House (longways, duple minor)
A. 2 men join hands, fall back a dbl, come forward a dbl turning single to the right
A. 2 women the same
B. 1s and 2s take right hands across half-way, all face partners and turn single
B. 2s cast down and meet in center facing up while 1s move up center, cast down and join at ends of line of 4 facing up
C. Line of 4 lead up a double, fall back to reform set (all in original places, but improper), Couple1 cross and move down outside to 2nd place while M2 leads partner up center and hands her across to place

Bare Necessities (three couple round)
(1974, Pat Shaw, Pat Shaw Collection, Vol. 1)
A. Women R-hand star once; men L-h star once
A. Grand chain half-way (3 changes with 2 waltz steps for each); men turn partner clockwise under joined LH into ballroom position
B. W/ partner, 2 chasses to center; face outward (woman's RH in M's LH), balance away from and toward partner; in ballroom hold, 2 chasses away from center to place, face center with W's LH in M's RH, balance away and to partner, ending in ring of six
C. All circle left halfway to orig. place; all face partner and R. sh. gypsy, continue past own place passing original corner R sh, turn R to new place and new partner)
(Repeat dance three times.)

* Dublin Bay (longways, duple minor)
A. Couple1 cross, setting as they go, to corners. Turn corner by R hand once; Couple1 cross passing L shoulder, go below Couple2, end in middle (facing out, facing same sex). Arm R 1x, all finish facing down, Couple1 in center
B. In line, all fall back a double (up the hall), go forward a double, turn to face up; fall back a double (down the hall), forward; Couple1 makes assisted cast to progressed place

Easter Morn (longways, duple minor)
(1994, Erna-Lynne Bogue, CDSS Newsletter)
A. Cpl.1 cast off below Cpl.2; half fig-8 thru Cpl.2
A. With next couple along the line, R.H. star;
with original couple, L.H. star
B. Original couples circle right; Cpl. 2 gate the ones up thru center
B. Cpl.1 lead thru new Cpl. 2 below them, cast up; all turn partner two hands to end proper (ones turn 1-1/2 while twos turn once around)

From Aberdeen (longways, triple minor)
A. 1s cast one place (2s lead up); 1s two hand turn 3/4, & fall back (M1 between 3s, W1 between 2s)
B. 1M & 3s circle L once while 1W the same with 2s (2 bars); 1s hold onto the person on your L (3M or 2W) for a two hand turn half way, ending almost in progr. place (2 bars); M circle L once while W do same (2 bars); open to lines (2 bars); 1s turn 1/4 and fall back, M1 between 2s, W1 between 3s (2 bars).
B. As above, but with 1M and 1W in reversed roles and ending with a two hand turn HALF into progressed place.

* Hambleton's Round O (long, triple minor)
A. Couple1 cast to 2nd place (2s move up), M1 hey with Couple3 passing W3 by L while W1 hey w/ Couple2 (pass M2 by L). Couple1 turn 2-hands in middle (last 2 bars)
B. W1 & M2 (in 1st corner positions) change places (1 bar), M1 & W2 same (1 bar), circle L half & all turn sing R (2 bars); face partner for circular hey (4 changes, no hands)

Hudson Barn (longways, duple minor)

AA. Circle 4 left once; L hands across half; 2M&1W drop out while 1M&2W continue 1 1/2 times.
BB. Circle 4 right once; R hands across half; as A2 but diagonals reverse roles.
AA. All back to back neighbors along line; M turn by L 1/2 while W turn R 1/2; 1s half fig 8 to home.
BB. 1s down the center and back; 1s cast, 2s move up, all turn ptnrs to own side (2s turn 1 1/2)

* Mad Robin (longways, duple minor)
A. M1 turn W2 by RH, turn W1 by LH & move down outside (M2 moves up)
A. W1 turn M1 (in 2nd place) by LH, turn M2 by RH & move down outside (W2 moves up)
B. W1 moves up center & casts down while M1 moves up outside & down center to 2nd place; Couple1 turn 2-hands once around
B. Couple2, similar (W2 starting down the ctr.)

A Mover and Shaker (longways, duple minor)

* Mr. Isaac's Maggot (longways, duple minor)
A. M1 turn W2 by R hand 3/4; ret to place moving below & around M2; W1 turn M2 by L 3/4, return to place moving below & around W2
B. Inside hands w/ neigh., all fall back 6 steps, come fd. 3 steps, turn single R, face partner & circular hey (3 changes), end in line of 4 facing up (1s betw. 2s); take hands, up double & back, 1st couple assisted cast to 2nd place

Red House (longways, duple minor)
A. Cpl.1 meet, fall back a double, set to each other and cast to middle (Cpl.2 moving up)
A. Cpl. 2 repeat
B. M1, followed by partner, cast off below M2, goes up between Cpl.2 and CW around W2 to 2nd place (Cpl.2 moves up)
B. W2, followed by partner, cast off below W1, goes up between Cpl.1 and CCW around M1 to original place (Cpl.1 leads up)
C. M2 heys above with Cpl.1, passing W1 by R sh.

B. W1 and Cpl.2 half hey-for-3 across the set, starting with M2 casting down & women passing R sh; Cpl.2 dance remainder of hey, M1 taking partner's place, end all progressed & proper.
B. Cpl.1 half figure-8 thru new cpl. below;

Round About Our Coal Fire (longways duple)
(Based on Tom Cook's interpretation in Hunter's Moon, except he calls for a two couple set)
A. Cpl.1 lead down, turn inwards & lead up; 1s cast down, 2s leading up; orig. Cpl.2 do the same, all back to orig. places
B. Cpl.1 & W2 straight hey for 3 across room, (W2 pass left shoulders with M1); Cpl.1 continue the hey with M2, who starts by passing W1 by R sh.
A. W1 advances towards M2, who retreats, w/ 2 hands pulls him to ctr of the set; they turn 2-hands once & fall bk; M1 does the same w/ W2
B. Cpl.1 cross and cast belowCpl.2 (who move up), then Cpl.1 two-hands-turn halfway, fall back to progressed places; partners facing, circular-hey without hands, four changes.

* Saint Margaret's Hill (3 couple longways)
A. Cpl.1 cast to middle (2s move up) & 2-hand turn 3/4 ending in lines of 3 (M1 between 3s, W1 between 2s); lines fall back a double, come forward a double, circle 6 half-way
B. M1 turn W3 by R while W1 turn M2 by R, Cpl.1 turn L 3/4 (end imp.); lead down, cast back to middle, 2-hand turn half (end proper)
B. M1 turn W2 by L while W1 turn M3 by L, Cpl.1 turn R 3/4 (end in middle place, imp.); lead up thru top cpl, cast back to middle, & all turn partner 2-hand halfway to end proper

B. Cpl.1 R hand across w/ cpl. below, cpl.1 L.hand across with couple above; cpl.1 lead through cpl below and cast up, partners turn 2-hands

Up with Aily (longways, duple minor)
A. M2 & W1 join M1 in line of 3 facing W2; line fwd to W2 and back; retire to places, M1 cast down & M2 turn single CCW up while both women turn single
A. Repeat, with M2 and W2 joining W1 to dance to M1; men turn single while W1 cast and W2 turn single CW moving up
B. Cpl. 1 back to back, then cast up to 1st place while Cpl.2 lead down & turn single (M to R, W to L); circle 4 once, Cpl.1 cast down while Cpl.2 move up, turning single, M to left and W to right

Wooing Mairi (3 couple longways, top cpl. imp.)
