This small registered cover was sent from Etterbeek on 20 April 1921, well after the Red-Cross stamps had been taken out of circulation! Nonetheless, it safely passed through San Francisco (California, USA) on 2 May and arrived at its destination in Pasadena (California, USA) on 7 May.
See another cover with stamps used after they had officially been removed from circulation.
