This registered cover was sent from Etterbeek to Mansfield, Pennsylvania (USA) on 5 July 1920, barely a month before the Red Cross stamps were taken out of circulation.
See a very similar cover with the same brown envelope, same handwriting and same destination but sent from Brussels.
