This colored postcard was sent from Arlon on 16 August 1919 to Neuilly-sur-Seine
in France. There is no cancel of arrival but there is little doubt that the
postcard made the trip to its destination. Interestingly enough,
Neuilly-sur-Seine was the place where a post-war peace treaty was signed a few months later, on 27 November 1919.
The picture shows a Hotel-Restaurant in an upscale neighborhood of Arlon.
