    The fine print
THE FINE PRINT: Because our hall is a relatively small one we limit the number of dancers to 96. If necessary we will hold a lottery for all applications received prior to that date. All applications MUST be received before August 15 to be included in the lottery. Some preference will be given to local dancers. By late August confirmation and an information packet will be sent, or you will be notified that you are on the waiting list. Applications must be accompanied by payment in full. We will refund 80% of your payment for cancellations received before September 16, but cannot provide any refund for cancellations after that date.Dance instruction starts at 1 p.m. until 4 p.m..Restaurants are in short supply in the Strafford area, so a catered dinner will be at 6 p.m. in the basement hall. You are welcome to bring your own also.
