The fine print
* The 2007 Strafford Ball will be in Fairlee, Vermont rather than Strafford due to a scheduling conflict with Barrett Hall. Also, due to the close proximity of fine local restaurants, the ball will not be catered this year. Space will be provided for picnic dinners in the hall. Also, if you are interested in a group dinner email Lucy Young at lucyjy@valley.net. Because our hall is a relatively small one we have to limit the number of dancers to 96. Additionally, we are committed to maintaining a gender imbalance of not more than 53/43. If necessary we will hold a Lottery in early August for all applications received prior to that date. Some preference will be given to local dancers. By mid-August confirmation and an information packet will be sent, or you will be notified that you are on the waiting list. Applications must be accompanied by payment in full. We will refund 80% of your payment for cancellations received before September 17, but cannot provide any refund for cancellations after that date. (Next years flyer might be available only on the web.)
