The Bus

In the planning stages of the 2006 Big Green Bus trip, we decided to find a find a new bus to convert rather than renovate the bus used last year (which is still around serving the Dartmouth Outing Club). We found a '96 International school bus powered by the DT466 turbo diesel with about 189,000 miles on it; just broken in as far as buses go. We bought the second bus in April, and work began the moment it arrived.
