How much does this event cost?

This event is free to all. Additionally, we provide free pizza and beverages, free parking and free shuttle service from the Ledyard parking lot. See Symposium - Venue for travel and parking directions.

When does the event start, and how long does it last?

Exhibits open at 11:00am in the Great Hall at Thayer School of Engineering. Student presentations in the Jackson Conference Room begin at 11:30, and professional presentations begin in the Spanos Auditorium at noon. The event concludes after the Jones Seminar, which ends at 4:30pm. The shuttle runs until 5:00pm to the Ledyard parking lot.
