The Master of Engineering Management (M.E.M.) curriculum includes mathematics, engineering management, design, project leadership, and core topics of an M.B.A. program.
Applied Mathematics (2 courses)
Engineering Project/Design Sequence (2 courses)
Engineering and Engineering Management Required Courses (5 courses)
Engineering Management Electives (choose 1)
M.E.M. Free Electives (choose 3)
NOTE: The M.E.M. tuition covers 2 courses from Tuck School; extra tuition will be charged for a third Tuck course.
The following is the typical program for a student with an ABET-accredited* B.S. degree in engineering or its equivalent from a school other than Dartmouth. Students who do not hold an accredited degree may be required to take additional courses.

Dartmouth A.B. graduates who majored in Engineering Sciences will normally complete the B.E. degree before completing the M.E.M. degree. Since both A.B. and B.E. courses may be counted toward the M.E.M. degree, Dartmouth students typically complete the M.E.M. degree with 12 courses beyond the B.E. degree. During the A.B. years, students should take 2 engineering sciences electives beyond what is required for the major.
