As part of the survey process, you will be required to provide your name and password as they are used in the Dartmouth Name Directory (DND). In accordance with the Dartmouth College Computing Code of Ethics, you must be informed of how this information will be used.

In this system, your name and password are used solely for the purposes of identifying you as a member of the Thayer School community, and preventing duplication of your responses. Your answers to all questions in this Survey are completely confidential, and no information about your identity is recorded with the responses you provide.
