Accommodation & Travel

For those registering and planning to attend the conference from out of town, a group of residence rooms have been blocked off for the conference, and may be booked, on a first-come, first-served basis. Cost is $100/day, which includes conference food provided, including breakfast, lunch, and reception events.

There is no cost to register separately from accommodation, although those not staying in the residence must provide their own plans for breakfast and lunch. Late registrants may not have available housing, although there are several possible commercial accommodations in the nearby area, within short driving distance. There are not many accommodations within walking distance (just the Hanover Inn).

On Tuesday July 12 buses will leave the Dartmouth campus in front of the Thayer traffic circle at 8:00am, in order to arrive at the NCCC in time for the 8:30am start. At the end of the day, buses will be departing back to campus, allowing participants staying on campus to not worry about parking.

Alternative methods of transportation are the public transit bus, Advance Transit, or driving and parking at DHMC.
