Manuscripts should be submitted as PDF documents. The following formatting guidelines should be observed:

Title (Times New Roman 16, Bold, centered single column)

Empty line

Authors (Times New Roman 14, Bold, centered single column)

Affiliations (Times New Roman 12, Italic, centered single column)

Empty line

Abstract (250 words or less, Times New Roman 12, single column, justified)

Empty line

Body (text, figures and math), full document not to exceed four pages (Time Romans 11, two columns, justified) with sections headers in bold.
