Out in the Workplace?: A Guide from Penn's Career Services office
Written by career counselors at the University of Pennsylvania, this guide offers advice about coming out during the job search process and in the workplace, in addition to resume writing and interviewing tips.

Human Rights Campaign
The Work Life section of the HRC website provides comprehensive information on workplace and corporate attitudes and policies surrounding sexual orientation. Includes links to information about employee groups, organizations and companies offering domestic partnership benefits, and legal and discrimination policies. Also a bibliography of career related issues.
The Human Rights Campaign is also the publisher of the Corporate Equality Index. Based on a 10-point system that rates corporate policies and actions toward the LGBT community, the index "provides a simple way to evaluate whether America's biggest employers are treating their gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender employees and consumers equitably."
GayJob.biz
Job listings with gay-friendly organizations and links to company information (so you can research potential employers and their policies). This site also has career articles about gay issues and the workplace.

GLP Careers and the GFN Career Central
GLPCareers.com is a job search engine providing employment opportunities and resources to the GLBT job seeker. GFN Career Central seeks to bridge the employment gap for gay employees, by providing the information and services to find the most appropriate position within the most appropriate company. The two sites work in partnership with one another, GFN Career Central lists thousands of positions in engineering.
Planet Out
Planet Out's Money and Career section offers resources as well as employment related tools and advice.

Provides job postings from companies that promote diversity and provide safe and open environments for Gay and Lesbian workers. Candidates must register with system to view listings and apply for positions.
