The 12th Annual Engineering & Technology Career Fair at Dartmouth

Thank you for registering for the 12th Annual Engineering & Technology Career Fair at Dartmouth, we look forward to your participation! This page contains important information regarding fair logistics, so please read it thoroughly.

Preparation

As you prepare for the fair, please remember that attendees will include undergraduate and graduate engineering students, graduate MBA students, and undergraduate and graduate liberal arts students (who include applied math, physics, economics, and computer science students). You may receive questions from students interested in business-related positions in your company as well as engineering and technical positions.

Check in and Unloading

When you arrive at Thayer School on October 7, please check in at the Employer Reception table between 10:00am and 12:30pm. Material for the Career Fair may be unloaded in the designated zone in front of Thayer School. There will be student volunteers available to assist you.

Parking information will be posted on the web and sent to you in September.

Advertising

To publicize your participation in the Career Fair, consider placing an ad in our campus newspaper. The Dartmouth is published daily and reaches, on average, 80% of students. You can reach The Dartmouth at (603) 646-2600 or visit their website. The Career Fair itself will be marketed to students through weekly advertisements in The Dartmouth, flyers placed around campus and e-mail bulletins.

Mailing Instructions

We will be happy to accept any corporate materials you may want to send us in advance. Your materials must arrive by Friday, October 3, 2008 to guarantee their timely delivery to your Career Fair table. Send your materials, will all boxes clearly marked with your company name to:
