Transcript Request

All transcripts must be requested in writing; requests via email are not accepted.

It is recommended that you order transcripts at least one week in advance of the required mailing date.

Please print and complete the Transcript Request Form (PDF), sign it, and send it to:

or fax it to 603-646-1620.

Please note: There is a $15 processing fee for orders of 5 or more transcripts. Please make your check payable to Thayer School of Engineering.
