Hometown: Plainsboro, NJ
Previous Degree: B.E. in Chemical Engineering, Cooper Union
About Me: "I completed my undergraduate from the Cooper Union in New York City. Moving to Hanover was a big change from the city! However, my experience has been great — the M.E.M. community is a small, close-knit one. It has been a unique opportunity to form friendships and professional connections with such a diverse group of students, alumni, and faculty."
Why I Chose the M.E.M.: "As I was completing undergrad, I realized I wanted to be in an environment where I could apply the analytical skills I developed from my engineering degree to solve business problems. The M.E.M. program was the perfect choice for me, since I was able to take business school courses while staying true to my technical roots. I applied to several other M.E.M. programs; however, I really liked the course structure and duration of the program at Dartmouth. Taking 3-4 classes a quarter, I feel like I've learned a tremendous amount in a relatively short period of time. The M.E.M. program has helped me understand and develop my career goals, and has given me a great skillset to actually achieve them!"
