Transcript Request

All transcripts must be requested in writing and a signature is required. Please print and complete the Transcript Request Form (PDF), sign it, and send it to:

or fax it to 603-646-1620.

It is recommended that you order transcripts at least one week in advance of the required mailing date.

Please note: There is a $15 processing fee for orders of 5 or more transcripts. Please make your check payable to Thayer School of Engineering.
