Members of the Board of Overseers are nominated by the Dean and Board to serve three-year terms, with the exception of the ex-officio members. Elections are by majority vote of the Board of Overseers, with subsequent approval by the Trustees and formal appointment by the President of the College.
Members of the Board who miss two consecutive meetings of the Board within an academic year will be considered as having resigned, except in unusual circumstances.
